Coaching Mums and Dads back to work
Not that you’ve ever left work! Being the go-to parent for your kids is one of the most demanding jobs there is. You’re a cook, a cleaner, a personal assistant, a taxi driver, a counsellor, an events manager. You need to be nurturing, super-organised, diplomatic, resilient, resourceful, patient in testing circumstances and a master at juggling.
Nevertheless, years of putting your family’s needs before your own is frequently quite isolating and can take its toll on your confidence.
In our sessions, we get to the heart of what you feel passionate about - unearthing the real you which might have been buried for some time. In a safe, supportive space, we go deep - drawing from a selection of appropriate psychotherapeutic tools (visualisation; NLP; CBT; meditation; mindfulness) - getting to the heart of your values; how you’d like spend your days; what kind of career you’d feel passionate about embarking on or returning to and how this fits with family life.
We formulate an action plan, setting attainable targets which will stretch you beyond the limits you think yourself capable of.
I will be there to support and encourage you on your journey - holding you accountable to your goals along the way and helping you to achieve more than you ever thought possible.
