Why this works

So often, we think we know what we should be doing, we just don’t know how to make ourselves do it. Or we do it once or twice, but find it hard to keep up the momentum or commitment. Often, we end up coping day to day by using various quick fix strategies, but without taking the time to understand why we failed last time, the benefits are only temporary.

Together, over a course of hour-long sessions, either in person, online, or dog walking through the woods, we will get to the heart of what you want to achieve and how you want to feel, but also, what’s been holding you back.

In my practice I use a combination of psychotherapeutic and cognitive methods: cognitive behavioural therapy, Neurolinguistic Programming, Transactional Analysis and Gestalt therapy to explore whatever’s going on for you around your personal life; work and feelings about yourself.

Through our sessions, you will become energised to action. We will set achievable goals and develop strategies using Creative Visualisation and mindfulness, which will enable you to overcome any potential hurdles which threaten to hinder your progress.

Together, we will work out a plan to surface the healthiest; happiest; most focused; most productive; most purposeful you. 

Come prepared to laugh, cry and commit. 

There is no limit to your potential.
